Get in touch
For anything at all, from a poster that has gone astray to a question about the sky, write to support@truezodiac.co.uk. We read every message and usually reply within a couple of days.
Finding your poster again
In the app. Your poster is kept in True Zodiac once it is drawn. Enter the same birth details and name and it shows as already yours, with a button to download it again.
On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling the app, enter the details exactly as you did before. True Zodiac finds your earlier purchase and draws the same poster again without charging you. This needs iOS 18 or later; on an older version, write to us before buying again and we will sort it out.
On the website. The “Download your poster” button in your receipt email keeps working, so you can fetch the whole keepsake set (the A3 and A4 posters and both wallpapers) whenever you need it.
If something is not right
Each poster is drawn from exactly the details entered when it was bought. If a date, time or name came out wrong, or the file will not open, get in touch and we will put it right.
Refunds
Posters bought in the app are sold by Apple, who handle refunds. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For posters bought on the website, write to us and we will sort it out with Lemon Squeezy, who took the payment.
How the sky is worked out
The Sun's position comes from Astronomy Engine, and the constellation from the official boundaries the International Astronomical Union drew in 1930. Near the edge of a constellation the exact time of birth can make a difference, so if you know it, it is worth adding.
